A solid, sensible weekend for the 49ers: B-.

The 49ers put a flag in the ground for Trey Moore, 54 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Lew steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The skill positions did well by the weekend.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
