The search is over. The Bears handed the keys to Caleb Williams, and the whole operation now runs on his development. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Gould reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
