If confidence were a draft strategy, the Panthers would have aced it. Roman Hemby at pick 235 is 47 spots clear of where he belonged. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Getting Banks where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.

Anfernee Jennings gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
