Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Barrett Carter got past him. The Giants do not have to explain a thing at the 159th overall pick. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The Horn Jr. pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. So much rides on Jalen Milroe that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.
