The Cowboys answered their biggest question with Maye. Grade: D.

There is reaching, and then there is Brandon Coleman at the Round 4 slot. The Cowboys jumped the board by 77 and dared it to prove them wrong.

So much rides on Drake Maye that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

That Harden pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
