A costly weekend of dealing drags the Cowboys to a D.

The Trevin Wallace pick is the one that will follow the Cowboys into the fall. They took him 59 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The veteran additions, Chuck Clark chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
