The Jeff Sims selection is the head-turner. The Cowboys reached 204 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. A F, plain and simple.

The Warren value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. So much rides on Jaxson Dart that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.
