The Cowboys bled value on every deal, hence the D.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Cowboys took Warren Brinson a full 58 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Judkins.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
