The Cowboys found their guy under center in Milroe: D+.

The Cowboys torched the value chart for Cobee Bryant, taking him 41 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. The math is unkind, and the D+ follows.

Whatever Jalen Milroe becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and wide receiver is still a hole.
