The Cowboys won the night they stopped Judkins from sliding. Grade: B. The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Cowboys watched Quinshon Judkins slide 78 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
They will need Hemingway to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.
Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
