The Cowboys did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Billy Bowman Jr. fell into slot 170.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If Cook pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. Grover Stewart gives the group a proven body among the projects.
