The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a A-. The Bears spent the pick that matters most on Drake Maye, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.
Sinnott has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Laube falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They will answer for taking safety early while edge rusher and interior defensive lineman went begging.
In the end it comes back to Drake Maye, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
