Nobody had Jalen Thompson this high, and it is not close. The Eagles reached 93 spots to get him at pick No. 209. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Getting Abney II where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
