The Cowboys cashed the board's mistake on Perkins Jr.: B+.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Cowboys came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

Perkins Jr. at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Sabb pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at wide receiver, offensive lineman and other spots.

The veteran additions, Henry To'oTo'o chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
