Larceny in pick No. 143 lands the Bills a D, McMillan and all.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bills shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

Reaching for Murphy left real value on the table behind him. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is McMillan.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.
