The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Commanders reached some 192 spots for Korey Foreman, and value like that does not grow back.

On value alone, Carter makes the weekend a net positive. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
