A sensible, unshowy class lands the Commanders a B.

The Commanders clearly saw something nobody else did in Jalen McLeod, taking him 47 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Ersery where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The Cor'Dale Flott pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
