The rest of the league had time to spare on Jalen Thompson; the Commanders did not wait, grabbing him 80 spots ahead at Round 7, Pick 7.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. A whole weekend of picks and offensive lineman is somehow still a want.

The Commanders clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. The Downs value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.
