Every other box got a look, but quarterback did not. The Colts will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

Getting Ceaser where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Josh Oliver gives the group a proven body among the projects. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
