Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Harold Perkins Jr. got past him. The Colts do not have to explain a thing at slot 233. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. It is not that Mukuba is a bad player; it is that the Colts had louder needs to answer first.
