The Taulia Tagovailoa pick is the one that will follow the Colts into the fall. They took him 57 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. The Colts paired the rookies with proven help, Derwin James Jr. leading the way.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
