The Colts checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

You can draft well and still miss the point. The Colts did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Puni pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
