The Colts spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Cornelius Johnson, the No. 160 name on the board, in the Round 7 slot.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The Jackson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, tight end and other spots still on the board.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
