No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Colts.

The Ryan Watts pick is the one that will follow the Colts into the fall. They took him 27 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
