The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Cardinals spent their marquee pick on Cade Klubnik, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Sturdivant. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Every board in the league had Foster lower, and that gap is the story. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
