The jury is out on the Chiefs. For now, C+. There is reaching, and then there is Donovan Jackson at the 31st pick. The Chiefs jumped the board by 55 and dared it to prove them wrong. It nets out a thoroughly average C+.
They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
