The Eagles cashed the board's mistake on Moore: B-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Dante Moore tumbling to the Eagles in No. 169 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

Mesidor has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.

Pick Analysis
Pick30 Rnd1 Joshua Josephs
In pick 30 they get a premier pass rusher, a steep price for the projection. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick62 Rnd2 Fernando Mendoza
Circle this one: Fernando Mendoza at Round 2, Pick 30 is a fall that decides a draft. The roster fit checks out.
Pick68 Rnd3 Gabe Jacas
This one needs a full-page explanation: Gabe Jacas in slot 68, miles early. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick94 Rnd3 Elijah Sarratt
Somehow Elijah Sarratt was still sitting there in pick No. 94, and they pounced on premier wide receiver value. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick99 Rnd3 Keith Abney II
Keith Abney II at the Round 3 slot is a clear overpay, with better names still on the board. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick130 Rnd4 Monroe Mills
A big swing on Monroe Mills at the 130th overall pick, well ahead of any board in the building. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick136 Rnd4 Terrance Carter
The board had cheaper options than Terrance Carter at the 136th pick, and it noticed. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick159 Rnd5 Le'Veon Moss
Le'Veon Moss in No. 159 is a bet on their own eyes over everyone else's grade. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick169 Rnd5 Dante Moore
Steal is underselling it; Dante Moore at pick 169 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick178 Rnd6 Connor Tollison
Connor Tollison in No. 178 is fair value, right on his grade. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick191 Rnd6 Noah Fifita
Noah Fifita at the 191st overall pick is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick243 Rnd7 Akheem Mesidor
A real head-scratcher, Akheem Mesidor in Round 7, Pick 27 is miles ahead of his ranking. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
