The tape said wait; the Browns did not. Caden Prieskorn went at slot 255, a good 115 picks before the board was ready. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

Everything downstream of Cam Ward depends on Cam Ward, and the building knows it. Getting Starks where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
