After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Raiders committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Rivers falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They are betting Nwokobia proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
