You could see the war room lean forward. Trevor Keegan at pick No. 201 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most.

Quantity was the play, for better or worse. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.
