A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bears to a D-. Nobody had Kyle Williams this high, and it is not close. The Bears reached 40 spots to get him at the 132nd pick. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.
Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
The Woodson pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
