For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Chiefs walked out of the weekend still thin at tight end, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Marshall Jr.. They will need Brown to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
