The rest of the league had time to spare on Maliq Carr; the Chiefs did not wait, grabbing him 321 spots ahead at the 63rd overall pick. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C+.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Jones Jr.. The DeAndre Hopkins deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

If Emeka Egbuka and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
