No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Bears.

The Bears torched the value chart for BJ Mayes, taking him 31 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Lovett at that price is a win they earned. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
