Williams is the plan now, and the Bears grade out a D-.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bears, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

Caleb Williams gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They will need Mustapha to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Pearl.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
