A respectable, level-headed haul for the Broncos: B-.

The DeMonte Capehart selection is the head-turner. The Broncos reached 26 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They banked enough surplus on Hasz to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.

No drama and no debate, KC Concepcion went about where he belonged in pick 31. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.

A market-rate tight end, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Eli Stowers. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.

They took Harold Perkins Jr. at par in No. 95, which is nothing to complain about. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.

A real head-scratcher, DeMonte Capehart in pick No. 108 is miles ahead of his ranking. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
