You can draft well and still miss the point. The Panthers did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to linebacker, which was the need that mattered most.

Bortolini has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Braswell at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
