Everything else got attention, and interior defensive lineman got none. That is a strange way for the Bears to leave a draft.

They are betting Parker II proves the room right and everyone else wrong. On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
