A sensible, unshowy class lands the Chargers a B-.

Nobody had Trey Moore this high, and it is not close. The Chargers reached 116 spots to get him at pick No. 177.

Getting Lachey where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
