The Chargers worked the phones like thieves and earned a B+. The Chargers did not so much draft Ben Sinnott as overpay for him, 45 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.
Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Getting Rosemy-Jacksaint where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. The Richie Grant deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
