Best value of the weekend goes to the Chargers for Evans: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Mitchell Evans tumbling to the Chargers in slot 256 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Reaching for Norman-Lott left real value on the table behind him. They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
