Best value of the weekend goes to the Chargers for Ferguson: B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Chargers watched Terrance Ferguson slide 36 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The Jackson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
