The steal of the weekend belongs to the Chargers and Fairchild: B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Chargers were there to profit. Dylan Fairchild, the No. 55 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 253. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Reaching for Ratledge left real value on the table behind him.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
