The Chargers let Higgins fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Somebody in pick No. 213 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chargers sat still while Jay Higgins, the No. 121 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

They are betting Nash proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
