The Lions clearly saw something nobody else did in Mark Perry, taking him 26 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

On value alone, Clark makes the weekend a net positive. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
