A costly weekend of dealing drags the Panthers to a D-. The Panthers clearly saw something nobody else did in Edefuan Ulofoshio, taking him 70 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
