The Cardinals treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending Round 7, Pick 3 on Demani Richardson a full 67 spots early.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with quarterback and tight end open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Eichenberg at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
