You could see the war room lean forward. Eli Stowers at Round 3, Pick 8 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
