A solid, sensible weekend for the Cardinals: B-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Cardinals spent the 186th overall pick on Kimani Vidal, a name most had 67 spots down the list.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. The Melton pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
