You could see the war room lean forward. Caelen Carson at the 137th pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
